Does Little Champagne Cart provide champagne and/or alcohol?
In order to keep things simple, at this time, we are not able to purchase, transport or provide champagne, wine, beer or alcohol for your event.
That being said, we will create a shopping list for you and can give you the contact information to receive discounted pricing through Liquor Barn, who can also arrange for delivery in the Lexington and Louisville areas.
Can Little Champagne Cart work with my venue or caterer?
We have a great working relationship with many of the venues and caterers in our service area and love working with our family of vendors. We also happily follow whatever rules specific venues and vendors may have.
*Please note, some venues may require an additional fee for various reasons (setup/breakdown restrictions, specific guidelines that require additional time, staffing requirements and so on).
How soon should I book Little Champagne Cart?
Ha! But, really. Our Champagne Carts are custom pieces, which means we only have one of each design. So if you've fallen in love with a specific model, it's best to reserve her as soon as you know your event details.
Where is Little Champagne Cart located?
We're based in Lexington, Kentucky.
We service the surrounding areas including, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville and Nashville.
Can Little Champagne Cart be outside?
We only require Little Champagne Cart to be covered by a tent in the event of inclement weather where our carts could get wet, muddy, turned over, or damaged in any way.
Does LCC serve other things besides champagne?
We love being creative with our carts, and have already come up with a few ideas. Aside from the obvious use as a cocktail bar—serving champagne cocktails, no doubt—we can also transform our cart into a Kentucky favorite, and become a bourbon bar. Or, how about a dessert bar serving Spalding donuts? We also offer a Wedding Day package (mimosa bar, champagne cart, cocktail hour and after-dinner signature cocktails) to get full use out of your Little Champagne Cart. What is the payment, cancellation and refund policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your cart, with final payment due 30 days prior to your event. Everything can be booked online and our accounting software will send you a payment reminder approximately 45 days before your event.
*We are not able to offer refunds for a confirmed and booked event. Special incentive pricing may require a full, non-refundable payment upon booking.
- Prior to 6 Months - No refund on retainer. No additional fees.
- 4-6 months -No refund on retainer, plus 25% of remaining balance due.
- 2-4 months - No refund on retainer, plus 75% of remaining balance due.
- Within 2 months - No refund on retainer. Full balance due upon cancellation.
